I much prefer a fresh homemade salad dressing over a bottled one. This one is simple, light and spicy!! Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon zest |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
2 teaspoons ground black pepper |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Whisk together zest, juice, mustard, pepper, sugar, and salt together until sugar and salt have dissovled. 2. Add oil in a slow stream, whisking until emulsified, 2-3 minute. |
