Lemon Penne & Shrimp Medley |

Came across this off of a bag of pasta I bought by mistake. Ingredients:
12 ounces of lemon pepper penne rigate |
4 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons chopped garlic |
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper |
3/4 cup red bell pepper, diced |
1 1/2 lbs medium shrimp, peeled and deveined |
3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. 2. Heat olive oil in medium saucepan and add shrimp, garlic, lemon pepper and red bell pepper, and saute until shrimp turn pink. 3. Mix shrimp mixture with pasta. 4. Add cheese and toss until pasta is coated. |
