So simple and very good! Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter |
1 lemon, juice of |
2 lemons, zest of |
fresh ground pepper |
grated parmesan cheese |
1 lb pasta, whatever kind of pasta you feel like |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in small pot, and add lemon juice 2. Add lemon zest and mix 3. Cook pasta, drain, put back in pot and add lemon sauce 4. Put on serving plate - sprinkle with fresh ground pepper, parmesan and a little more zest. |
