Great lemon-parsley butter to add to your steak. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened |
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh italian parsley |
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon zest |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. 2. Using the back of a fork, mash and stir until evenly distributed. 3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. 4. Place a tablespoon of the butter on top of your cooked steak to melt. |
