Lemon Parmesan Minute Rice |

This is a tasty and easy way to make a yummy rice. Ingredients:
2 cups minute rice |
2 cups chicken broth |
1/4 cup chopped cilantro |
1 lemon, juice of |
1/2 lemon, zest of, a |
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Bring chicken broth to a boil. 2. Add Minute Rice. 3. Once Minute Rice is almost done, add cilantro, parmesan cheese, lemon zest and lemon Juice. 4. Stir and cover to finish cooking. 5. Enjoy :). |
