Lemon Parmesan Bowtie Pasta |

Ok this one I made up on my own from all the different things I was craving when pregnant with my first kid. It's PERFECT for spring/summer parties and can be served cold OR warm! Ingredients:
salt |
1 pkg farfalle |
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice |
2/3 cup olive oil |
freshly ground pepper |
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup minced fresh chives |
1/4 cup fresh parsely |
2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest |
Directions:
1. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add salt and then the pasta and cook, stirring often, until al dente, about 11 minutes. Drain and transfer to salad bowl. 2. Add the Parmesan, chives, parsley, and lemon zest, season with salt and pepper, and toss. |
