Fresh, simple recipe. Absolutely delicious! Ingredients:
1 lb fresh asparagus, rinsed |
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
salt, to taste |
pepper, to taste |
2 fresh garlic cloves, chopped |
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Snap the end off the asparagus. 2. In a bowl, drizzle with olive oil. 3. Then sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic, and cheese. 4. Then add all the lemon juice and toss until coated. 5. Bake at 400 for about 10-20 minutes (depending on how crunchy or soft you like it). |
