Ingredients:
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can chicken broth, reduced-sodium |
1 teaspoon basil, crumbled |
1 cup water |
1 teaspoon lemon, rind of, grated |
1 cup orzo pasta |
Directions:
1. Bring chicken broth and water to boiling in medium-size saucepan. 2. Stir in orzo, basil and lemon. 3. Return to boiling. 4. Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes or until tender. 5. Remove from heat and serve. |
