8 ounces lemon low fat yogurt
1 cup nonfat milk
6 ounces unsweetened orange juice concentrate
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon orange extract
15 ice cubes
Directions:
1. In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.
2. Blend until slushy.
