Yummy lemony-dijony chicken recipe sure to satisfy your taste buds! =) Ingredients:
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1/4 cup all-purpose flour |
1 teaspoon rosemary |
1 teaspoon thyme |
1 pinch salt |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1 teaspoon water |
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1 cup sliced mushrooms |
1 garlic clove |
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
Directions:
1. Rub dijon on chicken. In a bowl mix flour, rosemary, thyme & salt. Place chicken in flour mixture. Transfer chicken to skillet with oil and water and brown for 2-3 minutes per side. Add vinegar and lemon juice and cook for additional few seconds, remove from the pan. In same skillet, saute mushrooms and garlic, then add to chicken. Sprinkle with parsley to garnish is desired. |
