1 cup sugar |

2 large eggs |
1 1/4 cups milk |
1/2 cup butter, melted |

Directions:
1. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, and lemon zest; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
