Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200. 2. Prepare 12 standard muffin cups with cooking spray and flour; set aside. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, lemon peel, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 4. Add yogurt, egg, milk, honey, and oil. 5. Mix until moistened. 6. Fill each muffin cup with 1/3 cup or 2 ounces of batter. 7. Bake for 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. |
