I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. Ingredients:
8 ounces water or 4 ounces soy milk and 4oz water |
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (1 scoop) |
1 tablespoon sugar free jello lemon pudding mix |
2 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Place water in blender, add protein and then remaining ingredients. 2. Blend on low, then high until well blended. |
