Lemon-Lime Salad With Horseradish |

From a cookbook called Vienna 72 Canyon High School Band Parents Association. Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package lemon jell-o gelatin |
1 (3 ounce) package lime jell-o gelatin |
2 cups boiling water |
1 no. 2 can crushed pineapple |
1 cup mayonnaise or 1 cup salad dressing |
1 cup cottage cheese, small curd |
1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
2 tablespoons horseradish sauce |
2 tablespoons pimiento, chopped |
Directions:
1. Disolve jello in hot water and chill until thickened. Add other ingredients and chill until firm and ready to serve. |
