Very good with a dash of crushed red pepper. Use a stock pot instead of a saute pan since kale starts out so big Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 lb kale, stems removed |
1/2 cup raisins |
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. heat oil in a stock pot. 2. tear kale leaves and add to the pot. 3. saute until kale becomes soft (about 8 min). 4. stir in remaining ingredients. |
