Oh my.... these are so easy and delicious. Ingredients:
32 ounces refrigerated sugar cookie dough |
1 (16 ounce) box powdered sugar |
3 tablespoons softened butter |
4 -5 tablespoons lemon juice |
4 drops yellow food coloring |
Directions:
1. Prepare and bake sugar cookies as directed on package.
2. Sprinkle with coarse sugar.
3. Cool.
4. Mix ingredients for filling and beat until smooth.
5. Spread filling between 2 cookies and chill.
