An inexpensive and tasty, refreshing batch of tea. Each serving is 1 cup. The recipe was submitted by Linda Fox. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. Ingredients:
7 1/2 cups sugar |
2 cups unsweetened instant tea |
115 ounces unsweetened lemonade mix (5 envelopes) |
1 cup warm water |
cold water |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, tea and drink mix. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
2. To Prepare Tea: Dissolve about 1 2/3 cups tea mix in 1 cup warm water. Place in a gallon container. Add cold water to measure 1 gallon. Cover and refrigerate.
