Have not tried yet, but it's a lot like another Lemon Ice Box recipe I submitted a few days ago. Thought I'd make it & compare. It's GOT to be good since it's from Emeril!! Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temp |
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk |
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice |
1 tablespoon lemon zest |
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract |
1 prepared graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. Combine the cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix on medium speed until smooth. Pour into the pie crust. Refrigerate overnight. (OR: at least 2 hours before serving) |
