~Light dessert~ Ingredients:
2 cups water |
1 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon lemon peel,finely shredded |
1 cup fresh lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Heat water and sugar to boiling,reduce heat. 2. Simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes. 3. Remove from heat,stir in lemon peel and juice. 4. Cool to room temperature. 5. Pour into pan. 6. Freeze for about 4 hours,stirring every 30 minutes or so. 7. ~Serve in chilled crystal dessert dishes.~ |
