1 cup rice |
1 teaspoon lemon zest |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons chopped parsley |
1 tablespoon minced fresh chives |
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 1/3 cups water to a boil. Stir in rice, lemon zest and salt. 2. Cover, reduce heat to low, and cook for 18 minutes or until rice is tender. 3. Let stand, covered for 5 minutes. 4. Fluff with a fork. Add herbs and toss lightly to mix. |
