Lemon-Herbed Green Beans

Ingredients:
1 pound fresh green beans
olive oil-flavored vegetable cooking spray
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon freshly grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Wash beans; remove ends. Cook in boiling water to cover 5 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain and set aside.
2. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add oil. Place over medium-high heat until hot. Add garlic and oregano; cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Add green beans and 3 tablespoons water; bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper; toss well. Transfer to a serving platter; sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
