Lemon Herb Chicken Primavera |

Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breast halves |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup milk |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed |
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower,carrots) |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle chicken with garlic. 2. Spray skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat 1 minute. 3. Add chicken and cook until browned. 4. Add soup, milk, lemon juice, basil and vegetables. 5. Heat to a boil. 6. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until done. 7. Serve with rice or hot noodles. |
