I have not tried this chicken. I'm posting this for safe keeping. Diabetic Exchanges: 3 lean meat. Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4oz each) |
1/4 cup chicken broth |
3/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning |
1/2-1 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Flatten chicken to 3/8-inch thickness; place in a skillet. 2. Add broth; bring to a boil over medium heat. 3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes. 4. Turn chicken; sprinkle with seasonings. 5. Cook 3-5 minutes longer or until juices run clear. |
