1 cup butter, softened |
1 tablespoon grated fresh lemon rind |
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |
1 tablespoon minced shallot |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives |
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, whisking well. 2. Cover and chill. |
