This cake is SOOO good! Has such a great - fresh lemon taste ! Goes great with a big cold glass of sun tea! Ingredients:
1 box lemon cake mix |
1 container ready made lemon frosting |
3/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate(thawed out) |
3/4 cup powdered sugar |
4 tsp. lemon peel zest |
Directions:
1. To cake mix- add 2 tsp lemon zest- mix and bake according to pkg. instructions- bake in 13x9 pan
2. Let cool to room temp. - then poke holes all over cake top (I use a bamboo skewer to do this)
3. Mix undiluted lemonade and powdered sugar together and slowly pour over entire cake
4. Frost and sprinkle remaining lemon zest on top
