I got this recipe from a friend and thought it was great! Time does not include the 1 hour for marinating. Ingredients:
1 -1 1/2 lb salmon |
3/4 teaspoon dill weed |
1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 cup packed brown sugar |
3/4 teaspoon chicken instant oxo |
3 tablespoons vegetable oil |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
3/4 cup onion, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and pour over 1 – 11/2 lb. salmon. 2. Refrigerate for 1 hour. 3. Fry the salmon in the marinade for 6-8 minutes each side until fish flakes easily with a fork. |
