I believe this is originally a Weight Watchers recipe, but I've been using this marinade on pork or chicken for years. It's quick, simple and cheap! Ingredients:
1 teaspoon lemon zest |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon oregano |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
4 pork chops |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine the first five ingredients (I've found the lemon zest and lemon juice requirements are perfect for one lemon). 2. Place pork chops in the marinade for at least 30 minutes. 3. Salt and pepper pork chops to taste, then grill (approx. 5-7 minutes per side). |
