A refreshing tea with Asian flavours. Ingredients:
3 -4 stalks lemongrass, bruised |
200 ml water |
400 ml green tea, prepared |
sugar |
Directions:
1. Boil lemongrass in water for 10 minutes until colour comes out. 2. Combine with tea and add sugar to taste. 3. Serve hot or cold from refrigerator. |
