Lemon Glazed Salmon Fillets |

Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. brown sugar |
2 1/4 tsp dill weed |
2 lbs. salmon fillet |
3-6 tbsp lemon juice |
3/4 tsp cayenne pepper |
6 tbsp margarine, melted |
lemon pepper seasoning, to taste |
Directions:
1. Small bowl - combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. 2. Remove 1/2c. to saucepan; simmer until heated through. 3. Set aside remaining for basting. 4. Sprinkle salmon with lemon pepper. 5. Place on grill with skin side down. 6. Grill covered on medium heat for 5 minutes. 7. Brush with reserved brown sugar mixture. 8. Grill 10-15 minutes longer basting occasionally. Serve with warm sauce. |
