1 extra-large bag boil-in-bag rice
1/4 cup chopped green onion (about 1 large)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions:
1. Cook rice according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Stir in green onion, lemon juice, margarine, ground ginger, and salt; toss well.
