Nice on a Caesar salad. Ingredients:
2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest |
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon anchovy paste |
3 medium garlic cloves, finely chopped |
1 teaspoon kosher salt |
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Stir together lemon zest. lemon juice, anchovy paste, garlic, salt and pepper. 2. Whisking continually, add the olive oil in a steady stream. 3. Serve on salad. |
