Ingredients:
2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
3 medium garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Stir together lemon zest. lemon juice, anchovy paste, garlic, salt and pepper.
2. Whisking continually, add the olive oil in a steady stream.
3. Serve on salad.
