These fillets are really very good with a lot of lemon juice and garlic. My family loves this dish served with garlic corn muffins, green beans with mushrooms and tiny pearl onions and just a little squirt of lemon juice. Ingredients:
4 tilapia fillets |
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice |
1 tbsp. butter, melted |
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped |
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes |
pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. 2. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. 3. Rinse tilapia fillets under cool water, and pat dry with paper towels. 4. Place fillets in baking dish. 5. Pour lemon juice over the fillets 6. Drizzle with butter on top. 7. Sprinkle with garlic, parsley and pepper. 8. Bake for about 30 minutes until flaky when pulled apart with a fork. |
