Lemon-Garlic Glazed Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 ears corn, husked
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
14 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, fresh ground
Directions:
1. Heat butter and oil in large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant but not browned, about 1 minute.
3. Add corn, water, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
4. Cover and cook, gently shaking pan occasionally to turn cobs for about 5 minutes.
5. Uncover and continue cooking, turrning cobs occasionally, until all but a few tbls of liquid has evaporated.
6. Serve corn drizzled with pan drippings.
