Lemon Garlic Broccoli (Sandra Lee)

Ingredients:
12 ounces broccoli florets
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon lemon olive oil (recommended: o olive oil)
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, add broccoli florets, lemon zest, minced garlic, lemon olive oil, and 1 tablespoon water. Toss to combine.
2. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and microwave on high setting for 4 to 5 minutes. Check for doneness; cook 1 more minute if necessary. Sprinkle with lemon juice and toss. Season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately.
