Lemon Garlic Asparagus With Goat Cheese |

Another quick and easy asparagus recipe that's great grilled but can be broiled or roasted, instead. Ingredients:
2lbs fresh asparagus, trimmed |
few drizzles of olive oil(a t maybe) |
1 lemon, juiced and zested |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
dash of red pepper flakes, crushed |
1t paprika |
about 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese(or sub feta) |
kosher or sea salt and fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. In large zipper bag, combine all ingredients other than goat cheese and lemon zest and shake well to combine. 2. Grill over high heat until just tender and tips are deliciously charred. 3. Immediately plate on individual plates or a large serving platter and sprinkle with the goat cheese and a lil lemon zest. |
