This dip is always a hit at receptions! I like to serve it in a hollowed-out melon half. It goes great with fresh fruit such as strawberries, bananas, white seedless grapes, or melon wedges. It's from the Bed and Breakfast Cookbook. Ingredients:
8 ounces lemon yogurt |
8 ounces sour cream |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, sour cream, honey, and lemon juice; blend well. 2. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour. |
