I found this while looking for unique dessert ideas. Unlike a traditional fondue this is not heated; it is served chilled or at room temperature. I have not tried this. Ingredients:
1 (11 1/4 ounce) jar lemon curd |
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk |
1/4 cup half-and-half |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients. 2. Serve chilled or at room temperature with pound cake cubes, gingersnaps and fresh sliced pears. |
