3 tbsp fresh lemon juice |
1/4 cup chicken stock, low salt |
1 1/2 tsp lemon pepper |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
16 ounce flounder fillets |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Combine lemon juice, stock, lemon pepper and garlic in a small bowl. 3. Place flounder in one layer in a shallow glass baking dish. Spread lemon mixture evenly over the fish and bake for 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. |
