This dish is very easy to make and, depending on what type of Feta you use, can be healthy, too! I served with a Greek Village Salad and it made for a healthy and delicious meal! Ingredients:
4 pork chops |
1 tsp parsley |
1 tsp basil |
4-5 cloves garlic - minced |
1/2 cup to 1 cup lemon juice |
1/2 tsp pepper |
feta cheese (sun dried tomato feta is good - use as much as you want and any flavor you desire!) |
Directions:
1. Combine Parsley, Basil, minced garlic, pepper and lemon juice 2. Pour mixture over pork chops 3. Marinate for 30 mins to 1.5 hours 4. Sear pork chops on both sides - about 5-7 minutes per side - until cooked through 5. Sprinkle feta over pork chops, reduce heat to low, and cover for 3-5 minutes or until pork chops are done |
