For a quick, healthy breakfast, you can't go wrong with Lemon-Feta Eggs. Also suitable for a dinner party. Ingredients:
8 eggs |
150 g feta cheese |
2/3 juiced lemon (may use whole juiced lemon if desired) |
pepper, to taste |
oil, as needed |
Directions:
1. Fry eggs in oil. 2. Squeeze lemon juice over eggs. 3. After the eggs are done, remove from heat and place in a bowl. 4. Chop eggs with a knife, or squish with fingers. 5. Crumble feta over the eggs, and add pepper as desired. |
