Well servings depends on the size of your forms for cutting out the figures. Ingredients:
100 g butter |
120 g powder sugar |
1 egg |
1 pinch of salt |
1 lemon |
50 g grated almond |
200 g flour |
powder sugar and food colours for decorating |
Directions:
1. Whisk butter with powder sugar, egg, lemon zest, and salt. Add almond, flour and leave for an hour in the fridege. Roll out dough between a plastic foile and with a cutter cut figures you like. Leave for 15 minutes in a cold place. Bake for about 10 minutes on 200°C. Decorate with sugar glaze.
