A tangy dressing excellent on spinach salads and fresh fruit salads, but also good for any salad, if you ask me. Ingredients:
1/4 c. oil of choice (i use olive oil) |
2 tbsp. lemon juice |
1/2 tsp sugar |
1 1/2 tsps dijon mustard |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/8 tsp coarse black pepper |
Directions:
1. Shake all ingredients in tightly sealed container and chill until ready to serve. 2. When using on fruit leave out the salt and pepper, use equal parts lemon juice and sugar. |
