A delicious lemony cheese cake-like dessert. It is so straightforward and easy to make! Ingredients:
graham cracker crust |
1 stick salted butter, melted, plus extra for greasing pan |
1 tablespoon sugar |
20 graham cracker squares, crushed |
filling |
2 8 oz bricks of cream cheese, room temperature |
2 14 oz cans sweetened, condensed milk |
1 12 oz can lemonade concentrate, thawed |
1 8 oz tub whipped topping, thawed |
Directions:
1. For the Crust: 2. Preheat oven to 350 deg 3. Generously grease a 13x9 pan 4. Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter until mixture is mealy. 5. Press into the bottom of the pan in an even layer 6. Bake for 10 minutes, until golden brown 7. Cool and set aside. 8. For the filling: 9. With an electric mixer, combine the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and lemonade concentrate until smooth. Start slowly because the mixture will splash! 10. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined, being careful not to deflate it! 11. Pour the filling on top of the cooled pie crust and smooth out. 12. Freeze for about 2 hours, or until set. 13. Slice into squares and enjoy! |
