LOL I have to say again it will all depend on how big you cut the bars and how many each person eats. They are pretty yummie so betcha can't just eat one. Enjoy Ingredients:
3 c. graham cracker crumbs |
3/4 c. butter melted |
1 egg plus 3 egg yolks |
1 (14 oz) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk(not evaporated) |
1/2 c. lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. In a large bowl mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and lightly beaten egg until combined. 3. Reserve one cup of the mixture. 4. Press remaining crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. 5. Bake 10-15 minutes or until lightly toasted. 6. Wtih mixer or wire whisk, beat 3 egg yolks, add Eagle Brand and then lemon juice. 7. Spread over pressed crumb mixture. 8. Top with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 25 minutes longer or until set. 9. Cool. Refrigerate 2 hours. Cut into bars. |
