One medium lemon yields 2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons lemon zest. Ingredients:
2 (16-ounce) containers light sour cream |
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish |
2 teaspoons lemon zest |
6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon salt |
garnish: lemon zest |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients; cover and chill at least 1 hour. Garnish, if desired. |
