Ingredients:
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons drained capers |
4 teaspoons chopped fresh dill |
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest |
4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar |
kosher salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Pulse first 7 ingredients in a food processor 2 to 3 times or until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed. Season with salt to taste. |
