Ingredients:
1/3 cup minced fresh dill |
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
4 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1 garlic clove, minced |
4 (6-ounce) pollock or other firm white fish fillets |

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except cooking spray in a large zip-top plastic bag; seal and marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes. Remove fish from bag; discard marinade. 2. Prepare grill or broiler. 3. Place fish on a grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Cook for 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. |
