Ingredients:
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind |
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice |
1 pound fresh green beans, steamed |
1 (4-ounce) package crumbled feta cheese |
garnishes: lemon slices, fresh dill sprigs |
Directions:
1. Whisk together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; add green beans, tossing gently to coat. Cover and chill 1 hour. Sprinkle with cheese before serving. Garnish, if desired. |
