Nice taste!! Ingredients:
1 teaspoon olive oil |
3 cups diagonally cut carrots |
1/4 cup reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth |
1 teaspoon grated fresh lemon rind |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon celery salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill |
Directions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick frypan over medium high heat. 2. Add carrot, and saute for 2 minutes. 3. Stir in broth, rind, juice, celery salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 4. Cover, reduce heat to medium low and cook for 10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. 5. Remove from heat, stir in dill. |
