I love flavored butters because they can turn an ordinary veggie side into some thing special. I also love them on fresh corn on the cob. Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter, at room temperature |
1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion |
1/2 grated of a lemon, rind of |
1/2 teaspoon dried dill |
1/8 teaspoon white pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Refigerate until ready to use. |
